$27 million dollar construction of a combination underground and street level reinforced concrete pedestrian walkway "DOWNTOWN." The new Pedestrian Walkway connects the existing easterly and westerly underground pedestrian tunnels and walkways. This contract encompasses excavation, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition of major structural components of an existing building without interruption of services to tenants, relocation of existing utilities, earthwork, exclusive finishes, and fiber optic lighting.
